Key Requirements
Must be 50+ years old at the time of application.
Proof of financial ability (choose one): 800,000 THB in a Thai bank account (seasoned as required), OR 65,000 THB monthly income, OR a combination of deposit + income totaling 800,000 THB/year.
Valid passport with at least 6 months validity (1 year preferred for O-A).
Thai health insurance required for Non-Immigrant O-A visas.
Applicant must not have a criminal record.
No employment permitted under this visa.
